Tickets are sold regularly at McLeod Ticket Office and Gallagher Bluedorn Ticket office. All ticket offices access the same system and inventory. Tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Convenience Fees Tickets purchased online or by phone at any of our UNItix locations are subject to a non-refundable convenience fee per ticket. Payment Methods UNItix online purchases accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash is accepted for window sales. Checks are accepted at UNItix windows for some but not all events. Checks are to be made payable to UNItix. All information on this site is subject to change without prior notice. Change of Address Policy If an address needs to be changed, please contact the Ticket Office at 319-273-4TIX or mail in your address change to: UNItix, McLeod North Ticket Office, Cedar Falls, IA 50614-0313. The Ticket Office asks that customers keep an updated address and phone numbers so we can always keep our customer service to the highest level. Delivery Options UNItix offers different delivery options for you to choose from. Tickets may be emailed to you which allows you to print at home. Tickets may also be mailed to you via USPS for an additional charge.* Tickets can also placed at will call to be picked up to prior to the event for an additional charge. Mobile delivery may also be available for some events. *Season Tickets will be mailed approximately 4 weeks prior to the start of each sport's season. Single event tickets should arrive within 7 to 10 business days after order is filled. Tickets will not be mailed if there is less than 10 business days before the event, these tickets will be placed in Will Call. Will Call Pickup Tickets can be picked up during regular business hours. All patrons picking up tickets at Will Call must present a photo ID to pick up tickets. If another person other than the purchaser is picking up the tickets at will call, the purchaser must contact the box office and change the pickup name on the tickets. Admission Policy Policies may vary for concerts and special events. Please contact UNItix for information pertaining to specific events at 319-273-4849. Generally for children two (2) years of age and older are required to have a ticket for entry. Promotions and Discounts Promotions and discounts are offered at the discretion of the promoter. Promotions and discounts are not valid on prior purchases, gift certificates, delivery and processing charges. Seating Allocations Departmental administration of each event reserves the right to move seat locations slightly in order to not leave single seats open. Single event tickets ordered may not be adjacent to season/subscription seats. Accessible Seating People purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may purchase up to three additional seats for their companions in the same row and these seats must be contiguous with the accessible seat. Accessible seats may be used as companion seats. If contiguous seats have already been sold and are not available, the venue must offer other seats as close as possible to the accessible seat. If those seats are in a different price category, the venue is not required to modify the price and may charge the same price as it charges others for those seats. Where a venue limits ticket sales to fewer than four tickets, those limits also apply to tickets for accessible seats. Similarly, when a venue allows the purchase of more than four tickets, that policy also applies to tickets for accessible seats, but only three companion seats must be contiguous with the accessible seat. Refunds or Exchanges No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event and seat selection. UNItix sells tickets on behalf of event promoters. Our contracts with them usually prohibit us from making exchanges or giving refunds unless an event is canceled. Refunds or exchanges will not be made unless an order can not be filled. Refunds or exchanges will not be made due to a game time or date change. Canceled Events Promoters do cancel shows occasionally. In this case, refunds or exchanges will be issued through the UNItix Ticket office. UNItix will not be liable for travel, lodging or any other incidental expenses. Secondary Ticket Market Always purchase directly through authorized UNItix sellers. Tickets not purchased directly from UNItix may not be valid. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (ticket broker, EBAY, Craigslist, scalper, etc...) you risk purchasing invalid tickets Lost/Stolen Tickets Season, subscription and single ticket holders can get tickets reprinted through UNItix. Proof of purchase and proof of customer identity required. Event Security For the safety and security of all patrons at each of the ticketed venues, certain items are prohibited, including, but not limited to, any food or beverage items, cans, bottles, coolers, thermoses, backpacks, large bags(gym, duffel, and tote), luggage, strollers, laser pointers, banners, flags, signs, noisemakers, weapons, balloons, beach balls, video cameras, and any item deemed hazardous by event management personnel. Gate personnel are instructed to enforce this rule in the interest in public safety. All patrons entering an event are subject to search. Storage facilities are not available for checking prohibited items. Cameras/Video Equipment Fans are welcome to bring personal cameras into UNI Athletic events, however, video cameras are not allowed. Flash photography, monopods and tripods are not permitted in the seating bowl. Generally, cameras and audio recording devices are not permitted at concerts and other events. Post-Season Tickets Priority will be given to season ticket holders who are members of the Panther Scholarship Club first. Season ticket holders will have first opportunity to purchase their same seats for any home postseason events. Availability and allocation will be based on priority points. Complimentary admissions are not valid for postseason games. In order to best accommodate our fans, we may also limit the number of tickets an individual may purchase. Away Ticket Policy UNItix will sell tickets to selected road contests. On such occasions, UNI Athletics reserves the right to make tickets available to season ticket holders who are members of the Panther Scholarship Club before making them available to the general public. Availability and allocation will be based on priority points. In order to best accommodate our fans, we may also limit the number of tickets an individual may purchase.
