Q: Where are your ticket offices located?
A: The McLeod ticket office is in the Hall of Fame connector between the McLeod Center the UNI-Dome. The Gallagher ticket office is located inside the main doors, to the left. The Maucker Union ticket office is located next to the guest services desk.
Q: Can I really buy all my UNI tickets at any location?
A: You sure can. At UNItix, we make it easy for our guests. You can purchase all event tickets at any location or on the phone with any of our ticket representatives.
Q: How do student tickets work?
A: This is one of the best parts of being a student at UNI! Your student ID will get you into most events for UNI Athletics, UNI School of Music and Theatre UNI. You also get two free tickets to any Artist Series show at Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center (GBPAC) per year. GBPAC also offers students $5 rush tickets for any performance that is not sold out on the day of the show. Student tickets are only applicable to full time students. Restrictions apply.
Q: Does UNI faculty and staff get any ticket discounts or complimentary tickets?
A: Discounted and complimentary tickets are offered at the discretion of the promoter. Announcements will be made to the university when these are available.
Q: Where do I find out about promotions and discounts?
A: Promotions and discounts are offered at the discretion of the promoter. It is highly recommended to sign up for the promoter's newsletter or check their websites periodically for upcoming promotions. Our ticket office usually only has information on current promotions.
Q: How early do you open before events?
A: Gallagher Bluedorn events open an hour and a half prior to show time. Athletic events open one hour before game time. Football opens at 9am.
Q: Where do I pick up my will call tickets?
A: Will call tickets can be picked up at the ticket offices at Gallagher Bluedorn and McLeod anytime during regular business hours. Day of events can be picked up at the venue location. The McLeod Center Will Call location is at the south box office. The UNI-Dome Will Call location is at the main McLeod ticket office in the Hall of Fame connector. Please make sure to bring your ID with you!
Q: I haven't received my tickets yet. How can I get into the event?
A: Tickets do get lost in the mail or email occasionally. We can happily reprint/resend any tickets prior to the event or during our regular office hours.
Q: Do I need an account with UNItix to purchase tickets?
A: All UNItix patrons are required to have an account when purchasing tickets. Don't worry though, we actually create one for you in person or over the phone if you don't have one. Your account contains past and future purchases, making it a lot easier to answer questions or replicate purchases.
Q: Is there an advantage to purchasing tickets online?
A: Accessing your UNItix account online allows your to truly manage everything all in one place. You can purchase tickets, renew tickets, re-issue print at home tickets, transfer tickets and view your order history.
Q: Why am I getting this error 'Your requested seats have been released because you may not leave a gap between occupied seats. Please select again. (TWUNI)' online?
A: Our online system will not allow you to leave a single seat. Please call our ticket office at 319-273-4849 and we will be able to sell you your preferred seat (in most cases.)
Q: Are tickets cheaper at the box office?
A: In some cases, tickets may be purchased at the box office without additional convenience fees. However, many individuals prefer to purchase online or via the phone in order to save time and to secure better seats in advance of an event. UNItix cannot guarantee any pricing or availability the day of the event.
Q: Can you reset my UNItix account password?
A: We sure can by calling our ticket office! You can also reset it here.
Q: Can I reserve seats?
A: We do not reserve seats without payment. You can purchase tickets online, over the phone or in person at any of our ticket offices.
Q: Are gift certificates valid for all events?
A: Gift certificates are a great gift for any occasion, and are good for all events within two years from the purchase date. You can purchase them here.
Q: How do I use a promo code for an upcoming event?
A: Click here and enter in your promo code. A list of applicable events will display, and then you can purchase your tickets like normal.
Q: Can I change/add seat(s) for my athletic season tickets?
A: All new seats and seat changes will be completed after the renewal period ends. Seats will be assigned based on the Panther Scholarship Club level.
Q: When are athletic season tickets mailed?
A: Tickets are typically mailed out 4 weeks prior to the first home game.
Q: When do single game tickets go on sale?
A: Single game tickets are usually available to purchase 4 weeks prior to the first home game.
