Admission Policy

For all UNI Athletic events, children three (3) years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Children under the age of three (3) years may sit in a ticketed guest's lap with the understanding they will be held throughout the entire event. Policies may vary for concerts and special events. Please contact UNItix for information pertaining to specific events at 319-273-4849. Generally for concerts and special events, children two (2) years of age and older are required to have a ticket for entry.

Seating Allocations

Departmental administration of each event reserves the right to move seat locations slightly in order to not leave single seats open. Single event tickets ordered may not be adjacent to season/subscription seats.

Accessible Seating

People purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may purchase up to three additional seats for their companions in the same row and these seats must be contiguous with the accessible seat. Accessible seats may be used as companion seats. If contiguous seats have already been sold and are not available, the venue must offer other seats as close as possible to the accessible seat. If those seats are in a different price category, the venue is not required to modify the price and may charge the same price as it charges others for those seats. Where a venue limits ticket sales to fewer than four tickets, those limits also apply to tickets for accessible seats. Similarly, when a venue allows the purchase of more than four tickets, that policy also applies to tickets for accessible seats, but only three companion seats must be contiguous with the accessible seat.

Refunds or Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event and seat selection. UNItix sells tickets on behalf of event promoters. Our contracts with them usually prohibit us from making exchanges or giving refunds unless an event is canceled. Refunds or exchanges will not be made unless an order can not be filled. Refunds or exchanges will not be made due to a game time or date change.

Canceled Events

Promoters do cancel shows occasionally. In this case, refunds or exchanges will be issued through the UNItix Ticket office. UNItix will not be liable for travel, lodging or any other incidental expenses.

Secondary Ticket Market

Always purchase directly through authorized UNItix sellers. Tickets not purchased directly from UNItix may not be valid. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (ticket broker, EBAY, Craigslist, scalper, etc...) you risk purchasing invalid tickets.

Lost/Stolen Tickets

Season, subscription and single ticket holders can get tickets reprinted through UNItix. Proof of purchase and proof of customer identity required.
